TCM Ltd cancels development agreement with Godrej Properties Ltd

The Development Agreement entered by TCM Ltd with M/s Godrej Properties Ltd on 15th February 2008 for the development of our 21.66 acres of land at Kalamassery, Thrikkakara, Kochi, has been mutually cancelled on 03rd March 2025 after repayment by our company of the advance given by M/s Godrej Properties Ltd towards the same. The company can now discharge the Charge on the property created by M/s Godrej Properties Ltd by filing the Charge Satisfaction form with the Registrar of Companies, Kochi.

Shares of TCM LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 40.09 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 41.31. The total number of shares traded during the day was 543 in over 15 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 43.40 and intraday low of 40.01. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 21931.00.
