Lemon Tree Hotels signs a new property in Maharashtra

Lemon Tree Hotels announces its latest signing - Lemon Tree Hotel, Shirdi, Maharashtra. The property shall be managed by Carnation Hotels Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels Limited, and is expected to start operations in FY 2028.

Shirdi, a small town in Maharashtra, is a major pilgrimage site and the spiritual home of revered saint Sai Baba. Millions of devotees visit the Shirdi Sai Baba Temple annually to seek blessings. Sai Baba, known for his teachings of love, compassion, and unity, lived in the city for much of his life. The temple dedicated to him attracts devotees globally. Beyond its spiritual importance, Shirdi offers a peaceful atmosphere, historical sites, and rich cultural heritage.

Lemon Tree Hotel, Shirdi, Maharashtra will feature 50 well-appointed rooms, a restaurant, a banquet hall, a meeting room, a swimming pool, a spa and other public areas. The nearest airport, Shirdi International Airport, is approximately 14.8 kms from the property. Sainagar Shirdi Railway Station is about 3 kms away from the property. The hotel is also well-connected by road, offering easy access to both public and private transport.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 129.70 and intraday low of 125.65. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 20796669.00.
