Chettinad Cement Board to consider amalgamation of subsidiaries

Chettinad Cement Corporation Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 24, 2006, to consider the proposal for amalgamation of two wholly owned subsidiaries Viz., M/s. Sabari Cements (Chennai) Ltd and M/s. High-Tech Lime Products Ltd with the Company.
