Agarwal Industrial Corporation Ltd enters into supply agreement with BPCL

AGARWAL INDUSTRIAL CORPORATION LIMITED ("the Company" or "the Seller") has entered into Supply Agreement for Bulk Bitumen -VG30 & VG40, with Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (a government of India Enterprise) ("BPCL" or "the Buyer") for the supply of Bulk Bitumen - VG30 & VG40 conforming to IS 73-2013, from Companies Haldia, Karwar, Manglore and Taloja Unit as per the requirement of BPCL.

The said agreement is not with a related party and has been entered into at arm's length basis.

The order value is approx. Rs.303.00 Crores as per the terms & Conditions of the Tender.

Shares of Agarwal Industrial Corporation Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 946.30 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 954.00. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1770 in over 361 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 991.80 and intraday low of 938.50. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 1705858.00.
