JK Defence & Aerospace Ltd receives provisional allotment letter for land from UPEIDA

JK Defence & Aerospace Limited ("JK Defence"), a wholly owned subsidiary of Jaykay Enterprises Limited, has received a provisional allotment letter from the Uttar Pradesh Expressways Industrial Development Authority ("UPEIDA"), Lucknow.

The provisional allotment pertains to an industrial land parcel measuring 4.9 hectares (49,000 square meters) for the purpose of establishing Defence Production Industry under Defence Industrial Corridor Project, Lucknow Node.

The aforesaid provisional allotment letter was received by JK Defence on January 17, 2025 at 01:12 p.m.

Shares of JAYKAY ENTERPRISES LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 126.80 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 126.90. The total number of shares traded during the day was 27536 in over 221 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 128.00 and intraday low of 124.20. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 3472934.00.
