DroneAcharya Aerial Innovations Ltd partners with Volatus Aerospace Inc

DroneAcharya Aerial Innovations Limited and Volatus Aerospace Inc., headquartered in Canada and Publicly listed on the TSX.V Exchange (FLT), U.S. OTC QX market (TAKOF), and Frankfurt exchange (A2AMGZ or ABB.F) have entered into a strategic partnership through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed on December 17, 2024. The collaboration is focused on enhancing dronebased logistics and services in India, combining DroneAcharya's expertise in drone surveying, and training with Volatus Aerospace's cutting-edge delivery solutions and technological innovations.

Volatus Aerospace, a pioneer in compliant drone delivery certified by Transport Canada, brings its proprietary logistics platform and turnkey cargo delivery systems to the partnership. Meanwhile, DroneAcharya, a DGCA-approved organization, contributes its local infrastructure and skilled resources to facilitate manufacturing, training, and execution of drone-based solutions.

As part of this MoU, DroneAcharya willserve as the manufacturing partner for Volatusin India, enabling the local production and distribution of their state-of-the-art drone solutions. A standout product in this partnership is the Condor, a heavy-payload logistics drone with an impressive carrying capacity of 180 kilograms, designed to redefine drone-enabled cargo delivery in India. The partnership aims to target institutional sales opportunities across India, with DroneAcharya leading business development efforts such as tender submissions and client engagement, while Volatus Aerospace acts as the technology partner, offering technical support and capability demonstrations.

Further, the partnership also aims to facilitate the exchange of technology, allowing Volatus Aerospace to leverage DroneAcharya's expertise in FPV (First-Person View) drone technology and room intervention solutions. By integrating these advanced capabilities into their operations, Volatus Aerospace can expand its service offerings and enhance its technological portfolio.

This agreement marks a pivotal step toward integrating advanced drone technology into mainstream logistics, setting new benchmarks for efficiency and innovation in the sector.
