The Board of Directors of Jagsonpal Pharmaceuticals Limited has passed the necessary resolution through Circular Resolution, on Tuesday, December 17, 2024 and has fixed the record date on Wednesday, January 8, 2025 for the purpose of Sub-division/Split of equity shares of the Company such that 1 (one) equity share having face value of Rs. 5/- (Rupees five only) each, fully paid-up, be sub-divided into such number of equity shares having face value of Rs. 2 (Rupee two only) each, fully paid- up, pursuant to the shareholders' approval received through postal ballot by way of electronic means on Wednesday, December 11, 2024.
