Surana Technologies Pvt Ltd enters into PPA for 25 years with MSEDCL

Surana Solar Limited has been awarded a Letter of Award ('LOA") of Solar Power developer (SPD) for solar photovoltaic power generating stations of an aggregate capacity of 54 MW (AC) under Mukhyamanatri Saur Krushi Vahini Yojna 2.0 from Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Co. Ltd (A Govt. of Maharashtra Undertaking) for estimated project cost of Rs 190 Crores and the company has acquired a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) i.e. Surana Technologies Private Limited, for setting up the project.

Surana Technologies Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Surana Solar Limited, has entered into power purchase agreement for a period of 25 years with Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Co. Ltd for the implementation of the same.

Shares of Surana Solar Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 50.41 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 49.89. The total number of shares traded during the day was 37383 in over 235 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 52.38 and intraday low of 49.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 1900872.00.
