IFGL Refractories Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 31, 2006, to consider and/or discuss proposal(s) for augmenting long term resources by issuing appropriate securities and other matters, which are incidental and/or ancillary thereto, subject to necessary approvals and/or permissions.
