Premier Energies Ltd's subsidiary to set up 1 GW Solar Photovoltaic TOPCon Module manufacturing facility

Premier Energies Limited has announced that the Capex Committee of Directors of the Company and the Board of Directors of Premier Energies Global Environment Private Limited (Wholly Owned Subsidiary) have approved the establishment of a 1 GW Solar Photovoltaic TOPCon Module manufacturing facility.

The facility will be located at EMC Maheeshwaram, Telangana on leasehold premises owned by TGIIC (Telangana Industrial Infrastructure Corporation). The project is expected to be completed by March 2025. This 1 GW TOPCon Module facility is an addition to the planned manufacturing capacity outlined in the offer document.

Shares of Premier Energies Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1294.85 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1306.30. The total number of shares traded during the day was 146000 in over 3937 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1315.55 and intraday low of 1265.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 188158051.00.
