Mercury Trade Links Limited allots 1,08,90,000 shares on rights basis

The Board of Directors of Mercury Trade Links Limited at its meeting held on today i.e. on 13th December,2024 has approved the allotment of 1,08,90,000 fully paid up Rights Equity Shares of face value of ₹ 10/- each at price of ₹ 44.95/-per Rights Equity Share (including premium of ₹ 34.95/-per Rights Equity Share) to the successful applicants.

Accordingly, pursuant to the allotment the paid-up equity share capital of the Company has increased from ₹ 2,72,25,000 divided into 27,22,500 Equity Shares of face value of ₹ 10 each to ₹ 13,61,25,000 divided into 1,36,12,500 Equity Shares of face value of ₹ 10 each.

Shares of MERCURY TRADE LINKS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 99.00 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 97.06. The total number of shares traded during the day was 107956 in over 752 trades.
