Ampvolts Limited signs EOI with Cab-eez Infra Tech Ltd

Ampvolts Limited (Formerly known as Quest Softech (India) Limited) has signed the expression of interest (EOI) with Cab-eez Infra Tech Limited, the Fleet Company, incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 and having its registered office at Office No.105, G&E, First Floor, Marwah Complex, Opposite to Tata Power SED, Off Saki Vihar Road, Krishnalal Marwah Marg, Saki Naka, Andheri (East), Mumbai - 400 072 for purchase of 500 electric cars from the Manufacturer and/or Authorised Dealer of the Manufacturer on behalf of Cab-eez Infra Tech Limited and lease out to Cab-eez Infra Tech Limited to get them used in its fleet which would be subject to approval of the members at conclusion of the Postal Ballot for the amendment of object clause of the Memorandum of Association.

Shares of Quest Softech (India) Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 70.03 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 70.51. The total number of shares traded during the day was 47832 in over 422 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 75.50 and intraday low of 69.12. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 3466509.00.
