Synergy Green Industries Ltd signs supply agreement with Envision Energy India Pvt Ltd

Synergy Green Industries Ltd has announced the signing of Supply Agreement with Envision Energy India Pvt Ltd for manufacturing of Wind Turbine Castings.

Envision Energy is one of the globally leading wind OEM with its 3 GW per annum assembly facilities located at Pune. Presently EN-156 3.3 MW turbines are in production for Indian market with Indian installations over 1.5 GW and another 7.7 GW order book in the pipeline. Based on volume projections, it is estimated to exceed 10,000 MT/Annum of our capacity utilization from Envision Energy during next 3 years.

Product development activity is expected to take approximately six months and projected to be in serial production during second half of FY 2026. Synergy Green has developed such parts in similar platforms to Vestas & Siemens Gamesa and presently in serial production.

Synergy Green is in to manufacturing of large size critical castings to Wind Turbine Parts with state-ofthe-art facilities located at Kolhapur (Maharashtra) and established as a reliable supplier to all major Global Wind OEM's.

Shares of Synergy Green Industries Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 453.10 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 466.30. The total number of shares traded during the day was 9398 in over 635 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 475.65 and intraday low of 450.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 4303317.00.
