ARC Finance Ltd allots 36,65,59,623 shares on rights basis

The Board of Directors of ARC Finance Ltd at its meeting held on today has approved the allotment of 36,65,59,623 fully paid up Rights Equity Shares of face value of ₹ 1/- each at price of ₹ 1.20/-per Rights Equity Share (including premium of ₹ 0.20/-per Rights Equity Share) to the successful applicants.

Accordingly, pursuant to the allotment the paid-up equity share capital of the Company has increased from ₹ 50,49,50,000 divided into 50,49,50,000 Equity Shares of face value of ₹ 1 each to ₹ 87,15,09,623 divided into 87,15,09,623 Equity Shares of face value of ₹ 1 each.
