Rajoo Engineers Limited fixes Dec 2, 2024 as record date for 1:3 bonus issue

The board of directors and the members of Rajoo Engineers Limited, respectively, had earlier approved the bonus issue of equity shares in the ratio of 1:3 i.e. 1 (One) Equity Shares of face value of Re. 1/- each for every 3 (Three) existing Equity Share of face value of Re. 1/- each held by the Shareholders of the Company.

The Board of Directors of Company has fixed Monday, December 02, 2024, as the Record Date for the purpose of the aforesaid Bonus Issue and in this regard, Bonus Equity Shares will be issued to the Equity Shareholders, whose names appear in the Register of Members/Beneficial Owners of the Company/Depositories as on Monday, December 02, 2024.

Shares of RAJOO ENGINEERS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 393.85 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 375.10. The total number of shares traded during the day was 289399 in over 1819 trades.
