Wim Plast Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 30, 2006, inter alia, to consider the following:

1. The unaudited results for the quarter ended September 30, 2006.

2. The unaudited results for the six months ended September 30, 2006.

3. The proposal of declaration of interim dividend.
