Tech Mahindra Ltd declares interim dividend of Rs. 15

The Board of Directors of Tech Mahindra Ltd have at their Meeting held today, Saturday, 19th October, 2024 (IST) commenced at 00:00 am (IST), have declared Interim dividend of Rs. 15/- per equity shares of Rs. 5/- each i.e. 300% of the face value.

The board has fixed Friday, 01st November, 2024 as the Record date for determining the members entitled to receive the Interim dividend.

The Interim Dividend shall be paid through permitted modes, on or before 17th November, 2024, to the equity shareholders of the Company whose names appear in the Register of Members of the Company or in list of beneficial owners as at the end of business hours of Friday, 01st November, 2024.

Shares of Tech Mahindra Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1688.00 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1699.55. The total number of shares traded during the day was 178779 in over 8671 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1701.50 and intraday low of 1646.20. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 301267753.00.
