Power Mech Projects Ltd allots 15808146 bonus equity shares

The Board of Directors of Power Mech Projects Limited, vide circular resolution dated October 9, 2024, has, considered and approved the allotment of 1,58,08,146 Equity Shares of ₹10/- each as fully paid-up Bonus Equity shares.

The Bonus Equity Shares are allotted in the proportion of 1:1 i.e., 1 (one) new fully paid-up equity shares of ₹ 10/- (Rupees Ten) each for every 1 (One) existing fully paid-up equity share of ₹ 10/- (Rupees Ten) each held, to the eligible Members whose names appeared in the Register of Members and list of beneficial owners as on October 8, 2024, being the record date fixed for this purpose.

The above mentioned newly allotted Equity Shares shall rank pari-passu and carry the same rights with the existing equity shares of the Company in all respects.

Shares of Power Mech Projects Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 3095.00 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 3120.75. The total number of shares traded during the day was 5015 in over 850 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 3151.15 and intraday low of 3070.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 15549905.00.
