Ashiana Housing Ltd - Performance Update for Q2FY2025

Ashiana Housing Ltd has announced the performance of the company for the quarter ended 30th September 2024.

482 number of units were booked in Q2 FY '25 vis-à-vis 313 units booked in Q1 FY'25 and 416 units booked in Q2 FY '24.

. We launched 'Ashiana Amarah Phase-4' in Q2 FY '25 and sold 183 units (2.95 lakhs sq. ft, value of area sold is INR 421.98 crores) in Q2 FY'25. Ashiana Amarah Phase -4 comprises of 280 units (4.79 lakhs sq. ft.). There was no stock to sell in Gurugram in Q1 FY' 25.

Other than Ashiana Amarah Phase-4, while the area sold was lower in Q2 FY'25 (4.35 lakhs sq. ft. vs. 4.42 lakhs sq. ft. in Q1 FY' 25), the sale value was higher at INR 251.07 crores vs. 235.32 crores in Q1 FY' 25.



Shares of Ashiana Housing Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 306.55 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 299.30. The total number of shares traded during the day was 13281 in over 861 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 316.60 and intraday low of 294.20. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 4050853.00.
