Hon'ble High Court, Gujarat approves amalgamation of DPL with Shri Dinesh Mills

Shri Dinesh Mills Ltd has announced that the Hon'ble High Court of Gujarat has approved the Amalgamation Scheme under section 391 and vesting of all the properties of Dinesh Platechem Ltd (DPL) with the Company under section 394 of the Companies Act, 1956 respectively w.e.f. April 01, 2005.
