Hampton Sky Realty Limited (formerly known as Ritesh Properties and Industries Limited) confirms that on October 7, 2024, the officials of Enforcement Directorate ("ED") has conducted a search on its premises as well as on the residence of the Chairman and Managing Director.

The Company wishes to clarify that it had provided all available information to ED officials and thereafter, the officials had left the premises. As regard the existing real estate projects of the Company are concerned, the same are being carried out in due compliance with the applicable laws.
