Vaswani Industries Ltd divests 25% stake in C G Ispat Pvt Ltd

Vaswani Industries Limited has disinvested its 25% holding (16,65,770 Equity Shares) in C.G.Ispat Private Limited for INR 3,33,15,400 pursuant to offer of buy-back made by C.G.Ispat Private Limited.

Consequently, C.G.Ispat Private Limited ceased to be associate company of Vaswani Industries Limited.

Shares of Vaswani Industries Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 66.14 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 68.12. The total number of shares traded during the day was 307471 in over 3067 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 73.90 and intraday low of 63.48. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 21210741.00.
