Ind-Swift Laboratories Ltd to purchase land for Rs. 12.50 crores

Ind-Swift Laboratories Ltd has entered into an agreement for the purchase of land admeasuring 40 Bighas located at Village Behra, Derabassi, Punjab for a sum of Rs. 12.50 Crores (Rupees Twelve Crores and Fifty Lakhs Only) out of which an advance of Rs. 4.25 Crores (Rupees Four Crores and Twenty-Five Lakhs Only) have been paid towards this purchase. The transaction of purchase of land is proposed to be completed by 15thFebruary, 2025. This land will be utilized for setting up a new state-of-the-art formulations' facility.

Shares of Ind-Swift Laboratories Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 128.00 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 129.80. The total number of shares traded during the day was 12825 in over 165 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 133.00 and intraday low of 126.50. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 1650627.00.
