Swati Projects Limited to acquire stake in real estate company

M/s Swati Projects Limited at its meeting held on today i.e 27th September 2024 which commencement at 4:30 PM and concluded at 6:45 PM has considered and approve the Shifting of Registered office of the company within same city/ local limit i.e. from current address 168B, Jamunalal Bajaj Street Kolkat-700007 to 1 Abdul Hamid Street, One B/S Building 4h Floor, Room No:-407, Kolkata-700069.

The board also approved acquisition of Majority stake i.e 76 % in a Real Estate Company namely MS Radhashree Apartments Private Limited.

Shares of Swati Projects LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 145.00 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 145.00. The total number of shares traded during the day was 204 in over 15 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 155.00 and intraday low of 145.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 30285.00.
