TARC Ltd approves redemption of NCDs

The Board of Directors of TARC Limited ("the Cornpany") at its meeting held on today i.e. September 27, 2024, amongst others considered and approved payment of Rs. 1000 Crores towards redemption of Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) in one or more tranches in accordance with the applicable provision of the Information Memorandum.
