TCPL Packaging Ltd invests further in Rights Issue of Creative Offset Printers Pvt Ltd

TCPL Packaging Limited ("the Company") has further invested in Rights Issue of Creative Offset Printers Private Limited ("COPPL"), wholly owned subsidiary company and has been allotted 18,200 equity shares, aggregating to Rs. 1.00 crores.

Being a wholly owned subsidiary, there is no change in the shareholding percentage of the Company in COPPL, pursuant to this investment.

Incorporated on 12th July 2002, COPPL is a packaging company specializing in mobile phone packaging business. The registered office of COPPL is located in New Delhi and factory is located in Greater Noida.

Shares of TCPL Packaging Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 3421.85 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 3434.55. The total number of shares traded during the day was 267 in over 117 trades.
