Everest Kanto Board to invest US$ 5 million in EKC International FZE

Everest Kanto Cylinder Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 20, 2006, inter alia, has discussed and approved the enhancing the investment of the Company in EKC International FZE, wholly owned subsidiary in U.A.E. by way of equity / loan by further upto US $ 5 million.
