Orient Green Power Company Ltd allots 19,23,07,692 equity shares on rights basis

Pursuant to the Basis of Allotment finalized in consultation with the Registrar to the Issue and BSE Limited, (the Designated Stock Exchange for the Rights issue), the Rights Issue Committee of the Board of Directors of Orient Green Power Company Limited has, at in its meeting held today, i.e., September 20, 2024, approved the allotment of 19,23,07,692 fully paid-up Equity Shares of face value of ₹ 10/- each on a rights basis, at an issue price of ₹ 13/- per Equity Share (including premium of ₹ 3 per Equity Share) to the eligible applicants.

The meeting of the Rights Issue Committee commenced at 4.20 P.M and concluded at 4.45 P.M.
