GR Logistics Park Indore Pvt Ltd announces financial closure for MMLP

GR Logistics Park (Indore) Private Limited, wholly owned subsidiary of G R Infraprojects Limited, is in receipt of letter from Indore MMLP Private Limited dated 18th September 2024 for noting of financial close for the project w.e.f. 14th December 2023.

The company will undertake Development, Operation and Maintenance of the Multimodal Logistics Park (MMLP) Indore near Pithampur, in Dhar District in the State of Madhya Pradesh through Public Private Partnership on Design, Build, Finance, Operate and Transfer (DBFOT) basis.

The project cost is Rs. 758.10 crores.

Shares of G R Infraprojects Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1619.40 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1668.30. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1477 in over 370 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1661.00 and intraday low of 1606.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 2401021.00.
