Macrotech Developers Ltd announces the strategic acquisition of Opexefi Services Private Limited & One Box Warehouse Private Limited

Macrotech Developers Ltd, a leading real estate firm, has announced the strategic acquisition of Opexefi Services Private Limited and One Box Warehouse Private Limited. The company acquired Opexefi Services Private Limited for approximately ₹46.67 crore and One Box Warehouse Private Limited for ₹49.09 crore.

Through the acquisition of 100% equity in both entities, Macrotech Developers Ltd aims to strengthen its logistics park and warehouse development vertical, enhancing its capabilities in the sector.

Shares of Macrotech Developers Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1217.65 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1230.30. The total number of shares traded during the day was 18426 in over 1611 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1239.00 and intraday low of 1205.60. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 22432065.00.
