Titan Intech Limited signs MOU with Obel Systems Pvt Ltd

Titan Intech Limited has signed MOU with M/s. Obel Systems Private Limited, as project implementation and financial assistance partner for the project awarded by the state of Uttar Pradesh on August 23 2024 for installation of 27939 Automatic Rain Gauges(ARG) and Automatic Weather Stations (AWS) in 27838 gram panchayat locations in 36 districts of Uttar Pradesh which provides key inputs for forewarning and mitigation of climatic risks and catastrophic events and protect agriculture risks, a Govt. of India Initiative.

Highlights of the MOU:

- The total cost of the project is about Rs 360 crores.
- Estimated time for completion of the Project is 5 years

Shares of Titan Intech Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 38.91 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 37.06. The total number of shares traded during the day was 594235 in over 1917 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 38.91 and intraday low of 37.81. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 23068126.00.
