Meghna Infracon Infrastructure Ltd enters into redevelopment agreement for residential project

Meghna Infracon Infrastructure Limited (Formerly known as Naysaa Securities Ltd.) has today entered into a ReDevelopment Agreement for residential project at premium location of Medel Town, Lokhandwala, Andheri (West),Mumbai admeasuring approximately 35000 square feet, after transferring possession to the original tenant, the said project is expected to generate revenue of Rs.400 Millions.

Commenting on this development, Mr. Vikram Jayantilal Lodha, Managing Director said, "This development aligns seamlessly with our commitment by creating iconic developments that offer a superior living experience. Shares of Naysaa Securities Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 504.00 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 501.05. The total number of shares traded during the day was 14397 in over 45 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 508.00 and intraday low of 496.15. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 7255398.00.
