Sarda Energy & Minerals Ltd deposits Rs. 1950 crore as per resolution plan

Sarda Energy & Minerals Ltd has deposited infusion amount of ₹ 1,950 crore as per terms of Resolution Plan, in an Escrow account with Bank of Baroda. Having met our obligation, in terms of the approved Resolution Plan, we have also notified to the Management Committee of SKS Power Generation (Chhattisgarh) Ltd. 19th August 2024 as transfer date.
