Tata Elxsi Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 27, 2006, inter alia, to consider the Company's results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2006 (Q2) which have been subjected to Limited Review by the statutory auditors and approve the same for publication in the prescribed format.
