The Great Eastern Shipping Company Limited declares interim dividend of Rs. 9

The Board of Directors of The Great Eastern Shipping Company Limited at their meeting held today, i.e. August 01, 2024 has declared an interim dividend of Rs. 9 per share to the equity shareholders of the Company.

The 'Record Date' fixed for the purpose of ascertaining the shareholders eligible for receiving interim dividend is August 13, 2024. The interim dividend will be paid to the shareholders on or after August 27, 2024.
