Triumph Offshore Pvt Ltd announces pre-payment of Rs. 824.81 crores to lenders of FSRU project

Triumph Offshore Private Limited ("TOPL / Subsidiary Company"), a subsidiary company of the Swan Energy Limited has informed regarding the pre-payment of Rs. 824.81 Crores to its consortium of lenders of FSRU Project towards full & final repayment of the outstanding debt.

Shares of Swan Energy Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 729.20 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 759.45. The total number of shares traded during the day was 211917 in over 7829 trades.
