BHEL receives LoI from Damodar Valley Corporation

Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL) has received a Letter of Intent (LOI) from Damodar Valley Corporation (DVC) for setting up the 2x800 MW Koderma Phase-II Thermal Power Station at Koderma district, Jharkhand on EPC basis.

The order value is in excess of Rs. 10,000 Cr. excl. taxes & duties.

Shares of Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 317.25 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 311.15. The total number of shares traded during the day was 599919 in over 7012 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 318.05 and intraday low of 310.70. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 189095987.00.
