Almondz Global Securities Ltd's JV starts consturction of new plant

Almondz Global Securities Limited holds 43.88% of its Joint Venture Company namely, Premier Green Innovations Private Limited (earlier Premier Alcobev Private Limited) through its wholly owned subsidiary. This Joint-Venture Company has started the construction of new manufacturing plant in Sambalpur District, Orissa after the financial closure by the Bank. The New Plant shall have the capacity of 200 KLPD which shall be in addition to the existing capacity of 285 KLPD at Sansarpur, Himachal Pradesh.

The total project cost is estimated to be Rs. 280 crores being funded by way of Term Loan of Rs. 210 Cores and Promoters equity of Rs. 70 crores.
