Lemon Tree Hotels signs a new property in Kota, Rajasthan

Lemon Tree Hotels announced its latest signing - Keys Prima by Lemon Tree Hotels, Kota. The property, which shall be managed by Carnations Hotels Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels Limited, is expected to open in FY 2025.

Kota, situated along the Chambal River in Rajasthan, is a captivating fusion of historical allure and contemporary vibrancy. Renowned as the "Coaching Capital of India," it draws numerous students annually who seek success in competitive exams. However, beyond its academic prominence, Kota boasts a wealth of heritage including magnificent forts, tranquil palaces, and bustling markets. This city provides a distinctive experience for visitors, blending the excitement of academic endeavours with the enchantment of Rajasthani traditions.

Keys Prima by Lemon Tree Hotels, Kota will feature 58 well-appointed rooms, a restaurant, banquets, meeting rooms, a swimming pool, a fitness center and other public areas. The Kota Airport is about 2 kms away while Jaipur International Airport is about 246 kms from the property. The Kota Junction Railway Station is about 10 kms away. The hotel is also well connected by roadways for both public and private transport.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 146.00 and intraday low of 135.75. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 63830296.00.
