Jamshri Realty Ltd has fixed Friday, August 16th, 2024 as the 'Record Date' for the purpose of determining the eligibility of Shareholders for the purpose of sub-division /split of every 1 (One) fully paid-up Equity share having face value Rs. 1000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) each in the share capital of the Company, into 100 (One Hundred) fully paid-up Equity shares having face value Re. 10/- (Rupees Ten only) each, as approved by the shareholders at the 116th Annual General Meeting of the Company held on July 15, 2024.
