Lemon Tree Hotels signs two properties in Pathankot, Punjab and Goa

Lemon Tree Hotels announced the signing of two new properties - Lemon Tree Hotel, Arpora, Goa and Keys Lite by Lemon Tree Hotels, Pathankot. Both the properties shall be managed by Carnation Hotels Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary and the management arm of Lemon Tree Hotels Limited, and are expected to open in FY 2026.

Lemon Tree Hotel, Arpora, Goa will feature 57 well-appointed rooms, a restaurant, a banquet hall, a meeting room, a swimming pool and a spa. The Manohar International Airport is about 30 kms from the property and Dabolim International Airport is about 42 kms while the Madgaon Railway Station is about 48 kms away. The hotel is also well connected by roadways for both public and private transport. This hotel is the fifth addition to the three operational and one upcoming properties in Goa.

Keys Lite by Lemon Tree Hotels, Pathankot will feature 44 well-appointed rooms, a restaurant, banquet halls, a meeting room, a fitness center and other public areas. The Sri Guru Ram Das Ji International Airport is about 130 kms from the property while the Pathankot Cantt railway station is about 8 kms away. The hotel is also well connected by roadways for both public and private transport.

Shares of Lemon Tree Hotels Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 145.30 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 142.55. The total number of shares traded during the day was 271233 in over 2565 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 152.10 and intraday low of 138.50. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 39576426.00.
