Aarnav Fashions Limited to seek NSE listing

The Board of Directors of Aarnav Fashions Limited at its meeting held today i.e., July 13, 2024, considered and approved the proposal for listing of the equity shares of the Company on National Stock Exchange of India Limited without any public offer or further issue of shares, subject to the approval of National Stock Exchange of India Limited ("NSE") and other necessary approvals.

The Company will in due course file an application with NSE for direct listing of equity shares of the Company. The Company will share the other necessary details as and when required in accordance with applicable laws.

Shares of Aarnav Fashions Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 52.73 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 50.84. The total number of shares traded during the day was 244599 in over 621 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 53.00 and intraday low of 50.84. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 12883165.00.
