HCL Technologies Limited declares interim dividend of Rs. 12 for FY2024-25

The Board of Directors of HCL Technologies Limited has declared an Interim Dividend of Rs. 12/- per equity share of Rs. 2/- each of the Company for the Financial Year 2024-25.

The Record date of July 23, 2024 fixed for the payment of the aforesaid interim dividend has been confirmed by the Board of Directors. The payment date of the said interim dividend shall be August 1, 2024.

Shares of HCL Technologies Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1560.40 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1512.00. The total number of shares traded during the day was 430412 in over 28273 trades.
