CIAN Agro Industries and Infrastructure Ltd's resolution plan for Swapnil Promoters and Developers Pvt Ltd approved

The Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench ('NCLT') has by pronouncement made on July 12, 2024, approved the Resolution Plan submitted by CIAN Agro Industries and Infrastructure Limited in the matter of Swapnil Promoters and Developers Private Limited. (Company was under IBC process).

Swapnil Promoters and Developers Private Limited incorporated on 08 June 1990 and is engaged in the activities of Real Estate Development i.e in development and construction of residential properties.

The Certified copy of the Order of Hon'ble NCLT is awaited. The same will be submitted to the Stock Exchange upon receipt of Order.

Shares of CIAN Agro Industries & Infrastructure Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 42.92 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 42.00. The total number of shares traded during the day was 3766 in over 39 trades.
