TCS declares interim dividend of Rs. 10 for Q1 FY2025

At the Board Meeting held today, the Directors of Tata Consultancy Services Limited have declared an interim dividend of ₹ 10 per Equity Share of ₹1 each of the Company.

The interim dividend shall be paid on Monday, August 5, 2024, to the equity shareholders of the Company, whose names appear on the Register of Members of the Company or in the records of the Depositories as beneficial owners of the shares as on Saturday, July 20, 2024, which is the Record Date, fixed for the purpose.

Shares of Tata Consultancy Services Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 3922.70 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 3909.90. The total number of shares traded during the day was 551198 in over 13798 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 3979.90 and intraday low of 3895.70. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 2154759997.00.
