Ashiana Housing Limited to develop group housing project at Jharkhand

Ashiana Housing Limited has entered into a development agreement to develop a group housing project on land admeasuring 3.86 acres situated at Mouza - Rugri, Halka No.-II, P.S - Chandil, Thana No. -330, District- Saraikela Kharswan, Jharkhand. The saleable area of the proposed group housing project is estimated at 4.30 lakhs sq. ft.

Shares of Ashiana Housing Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 420.85 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 435.55. The total number of shares traded during the day was 23871 in over 1718 trades.
