TT Ltd completes sale of closed unit at Gajraula

TT Limited had earlier announced regarding sale of Company's Textile unit at 109-10 KM Stone, National highway No.24 Delhi - Moradabad Road, Dist. - Amroha, Gajroula - 244235 (U.P.) to Martco Export Private Limited, Moradabad and Teerthanker Textile Export LLP, Moradabad. The company has permanently closed the operation of Company's Textile unit at Gajraula (U.P.) and Plants handed over to aforesaid buyers.

The amount of the turnover contributed by Gajraula unit is Rs. 36.17 crores which is 17% of the overall turnover of the Company during the financial year 2023-24.

Net-worth (based on Net value of assets) relating to the aforesaid unit as on 31st March, 2024 is Rs.33.55 Crores. Net worth of Company as on 31st March, 2024 is Rs.71.78 Crores.

Shares of T T Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 115.80 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 115.40. The total number of shares traded during the day was 5822 in over 254 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 117.00 and intraday low of 110.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 664992.00.
