Capacit'e Infraprojects Limited allots NCDs

The Finance Committee of the Board of Directors of Capacit'e Infraprojects Limited in their meeting held today i.e. on June 28, 2024, allotted 245 senior, secured, unrated, unlisted, redeemable and non-convertible debentures (NCDs) of face value of INR 1,000,000/- (Indian Rupees One Million only) each for an aggregate amount of INR 245,000,000 (Indian Rupees Two Hundred and Forty-Five Million), on private placement basis.
