ANG Lifesciences India Ltd updates on acquisition of unit from Ind-Swift Ltd

The unit-III of Ind-Swift Limited has now been legitimately registered in the name of ANG Lifesciences India Limited as Unit V. The total consideration amount is Rs. 47.70 crores which comprised the value of Land & Building, Plant & Machinery and all other fees & expenses i.e. GST, Registration, Stamp duty etc.
Further the company has arranged the above consideration amount (47.70 crores) by its internal accrual without raising any debt or liability on it.
This Plant is located at Baddi, Himachal Pradesh spread over an area of 2.85 acres having a state of the art facility for manufacturing formulations with integrated utilities.
Shares of ANG Lifesciences India Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 51.75 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 51.30. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1038 in over 34 trades.
The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 51.99 and intraday low of 51.01. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 53555.00.
