AMPVOLTS Ltd fixes record date for payment of call money by partly-paid equity shareholders

The Board of Directors of AMPVOLTS LIMITED (Formerly known as Quest Softech (India) Limited) at its meeting held today i.e. on Wednesday, June 26, 2024 commenced at 5.00 p.m. and concluded at 5.45 p.m have considered and approved the First Call of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten only) per partly paid equity shares (comprising of Rs. 3.50/- towards face value and a premium of Rs. 6.50/- per Rights Equity Share) payable from Wednesday, July 24, 2024 to Wednesday, August 7, 2024 both days inclusive.

Friday, 28th June, 2024 has been fixed as the Record Date ("First Call Record Date") to determine the eligible partly paid-up equity shareholders who are entitled to receive the notice of the First Call for Rights Issue.

Shares of Quest Softech (India) Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 42.29 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 42.00. The total number of shares traded during the day was 9477 in over 67 trades.
